Terms & Conditions for the guest room
The suite is available from April to October.
It can accommodate a maximum of two adults, however one young child (under 12 years old) may be accepted. A mattress will be placed in the room and will be subject to an additional charge of €50.
The prices shown include VAT and breakfast. They do not include tourist tax, which must be paid on site at a rate of €0.55 per person per night, paid in full to the Trésor Public.
Article 1: Arrival and departure times
Arrivals are between 3 PM and 6 PM. In case of delay, please notify us before 4 PM by calling +33 (0)565 64 42 16. For arrivals after 7 PM, an additional €25 will be charged.
On the day of your departure, the room must be vacated by 11 AM at the latest.
Upon request, after vacating the suite at 11 AM, you may use the pool garden until noon, and then remain on the property in the public areas to enjoy a picnic or a self-guided tour during normal opening hours.
Article 2: Booking
Booking can be made on our website, by telephone, by email or via our partners' websites.
Payment will be made at the end of your stay, except for bookings made on our website, where a 30% deposit will be required, and for gift certificates, which are paid for in full at the time of purchase on our website.
In the case of cancellation (which must be made by email or post), the following charges will apply:
If the booking is cancelled 10 days or more before your arrival, your deposit will be refunded or retained for a future booking. If the cancellation is made 9 days or less before your arrival, your deposit is forfeited.
For any booking of more than three days, even if you have not paid a deposit: if you cancel your stay 10 days or more before your arrival, we will charge you a cancellation fee equivalent to 40% of the amount of your initial booking.
A shortened stay will result in a charge of 50% of the remaining nights, with a minimum of one night, as compensation.
If, due to exceptional circumstances, Château de Belcastel is forced to cancel your stay, an alternative solution will be offered and any sums already paid will be refunded.
Article 3: Payment Methods
Payment can be made in cash (on site), by cheque, bank transfer, or VISA and MASTER credit cards. Gift vouchers are not accepted. Any bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Article 4: Welcome to pets
Pets are accepted, up to a maximum of two, provided they are well-behaved and calm.

Article 5: Swimming pool
The pool is for the exclusive use* of guests from 3 PM to noon the following day.
There is no lifeguard on duty at the pool and our guests and their visitors**, limited to two people, swim at their own risk.
*The pool may be used by owners and staff when guests are not present.
**Your visitors must pay the entrance fee to visit the castle.
Article 6: For your comfort and peace of mind
The bedrooms and lounges of the castle are non-smoking areas, and it is forbidden to light candles or incense in them.
You may smoke on your private terrace outside of castle visiting hours.
